Hubby and I order the jerk chicken and I have to say it's on point. This has to be the best jerk chicken I've had since moving to Florida in 2017. The Mac and cheese was good as well, not the best but ita better than most.We've ordered from here back to back and will definitely order again! If you're in the mood for BBQ definitely give Bare Bones BBQ and Jerk a try.
First time trying this place out today and it was okay... so I don't normally go to any l bbq joint since so much pork is sold and I don't eat pork at all- but I was told that the brisket is so good here. I will say that the girl at the front was very helpful in terms of making sure whatever I ordered didn't have pork or touch it. We were in the mood for bbq today saw the great yelp reviews so stopped in to check it out. We had the combo meals, one brisket & one spare ribs both with tangy slaw & mac 'n cheese. We also got the Mexican corn to share. The portions are very generous, not a heavy smoke flavor, which I appreciated, both meats were very moist & tender.
