I enjoyed my experience this morning. The staff was courteous and helpful. I had not returned since my negative experience 4 years ago. I found my Einstein Coffee mug in my garage recently and decided to give it another go for old time sake.
It seems they corrected some of the personnel issues since, and I will comeback again on my way to the office tomorrow. I’ll see how it goes.
