“We went to this location this past Friday night with our grandchildren. The service was excellent. The employees were very nice and made sure our grandchildren got what they wanted. However, children being children they got their hands and face dirty so we took them to the bathrooms to get them cleaned. In the men's bathroom there was no water coming into the tank to flush. In the women's bathroom the soap dispenser was empty and there were no paper towels to dry your hands. This review is being written to make the management aware that this needs to be addressed.“

“I visited this ice cream shop for the first time on Saturday, and I was beyond impressed! I had a chocolate cone, and honestly, it was some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. The texture was different — so smooth and creamy — and the flavor was absolutely delicious. I’ve truly never tasted ice cream like that before. It was just that good!
The customer service made the experience even better. The gentleman working there was very pleasant and helpful, and later the owner came by. She was so friendly, kind, and welcoming — it made me feel right at home.
I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place!“

“To the managers and general manager, stop picking on the servers its the f****** cooks who cant get the food right or out ontime, great service starts with the cooks and ends with the servers ,you wouldnt know that cause im sure your an idiot.“

“To be honest, which I know is so rare to tell the truth today, I did not visit this business, just the shopping center it's located in, but I do love the the desserts & food that Dairy Queen sells. When I lived in Colorado would eat there all the time, great burgers & killer ice cream. HIGHLY “

“Just tried Churro World Co tonight @ the waterford lakes towne center. it was amazing! the portions are huge we got multiple orders for the ice cream and churro combo, and premium churros. they were warm and delicious 😋 we will definitely be back!!“

“This place is a delightful spot with a clean and vibrant atmosphere. The frozen yogurt is not only delicious but also handled with care and hygiene. I was impressed by the staff's attention to giving me my preferences, if I wanted it made a certain way, they would do it for me with no complaints. I’ve met the owner and he is awesome! My husband and kids absolutely love this place, we have been coming here weekly pretty much if time allows, I just wish there was more locations maybe down Miami, but the drive is definitely worth it!“
