I frequent this shop several times a week. I normally don’t have an issue but lately my cookies have been really hard. The reason why I like to get my cookies from there is because I like soft chewy cookies but lately they have been very hard and dry. My other issue is now they have a new employee that works there…a young man with dusty looking black hair. He always looks unkept/ not clean. I see this place didn't get too much great reviews. But it was super close to the house which is convenient. It's usually in most malls. I went durning the week so it wasn't too busy I asked how does this work whats the prices and they answered me with everything I could of asked for . The staff was nice and helpful . I know there are lots of bad reviews but just listen to this one. This is the BEST cookie place I have ever been to and their cookies are always soft and fresh!! I would definitely recommend going here and try their chocolate chip and sugar cookies!!
