He has great demeanor, great banter, and is attentive to all customers at multiple points in their journey (pick up, waiting to be tended to, etc). He wasn’t even my food preparer—he was the lady in front of me’s preparer—and I was impressed by his attentiveness to everyone and his great attitude. This was my second time at this location. The first time there was a girl was less than friendly (months ago). So it was nice to see Josh working the room and making sure there’s a good experience through it all.“

“Service is usually top notch but not on this day. No menu to share and didn't get one when asked so a bit disappointed after being spoiled with friendly customer service in the past. Food on the other hand? yum, yum. What sorcery is this? It's the sauce of course. It's simply addictive. Dip ur fries in ur favorite sauce or mix the chickfila sauce w/ ketchup and u just can't stop. Put either sauce of ur choice on ur sandwich and it's the same magic.“

“We had the best waitress and the food was great. We brought so much food home it was crazy. We were eating leftovers for 2 more days. We really loved the Meat stuffed fried Ravioli and the Fried Mozzarella balls were awesome. We got dips with the bread sticks that was new and really tasty. Overall, we had a great time. Our waitress was so amazing, busy, but she was still right on top of drink refills and making sure everything came out perfect. I really wish that I remembered her name and I feel extremely embarrassed that I don't because she totally deserves a shout out. I'm sorry. Next time I go, I will get her name and update.
