I went through drive thru, They gave me a 1/2 a Sandwich instead of a whole and the half that they gave me the didn't have no sauce. The ingredients didn't even look appealing. I've worked for Panera for 8 years and I know for a fact that the consolidator/Expediter did their job. No one checked the bag or the order. At least they got my warm cookie correct.
They messed up both sandwiches my husband and I ordered. I ordered a chipotle chicken egg and cheese with avocado and there were no eggs. My husband ordered an egg and cheese on brioche with added avocado and they forgot the avocado and put it on flatbread.
