Panera you were able to meet your friends there and hopefully that the locals will not be so engrossed in their own business that they're willing to say hello good evening good night good morning. but besides that the staff is awesome the coffee is always fresh and if it's not to your liking you can ask for fresh batch and everything is made daily. and anything left is given to the local food shelters! that's why I would recommend Panera bread!
I arrived a this store for lunch on Monday 27th at 12:30. The drive thru line was not long but it took 15 minutes to get food. The drive through person was annoyed for no reason at all . I headed back to my office to find they forgotten the sandwiches. Went back to pick up the sandwiches and had to wait another 15 minutes to get my food. No apologies. Nothing. Spoke to the manager and I told her that the drive through was slow. I received my order but with no sensitivity of time....read full review
I used to like this place but it has gone sourh. Mac and cheese had red stuff disgusting. They warmed it up in a plastic bag which is a big NO. There were 5 people just chatting and not attending. Not coming back ever. Place really dirty and smelly.
