The Caramel Wave is likely really good to a fan of lattes but because it's not my thing, it wasn't my favorite. But it wasn't bad at all. I ordered and within minutes my coffee was out. The Crème Brûlée was a surprisingly beautiful experience. Light, creamy and floral with these amazing crunchy bites of caramelized sugar. SO good and a must try if you are traveling through and won’t be back anytime soon😫😭 The stracciatella and pistachio were our favorite single scoops. Their strawberry isn’t JUST strawberry. It is so creamy. So velvety. A top contender for sure🍨 Last but not least, their espresso bar is top notch. Locally sourced! We had their cappuccino with a touch of house made vanilla syrup and cinnamon on top. Such a wonderful treat! The staff is incredibly patient, kind and helpful!“

“The food here is incredibly delicious. The burgers are freshly grilled, ensuring a wonderful taste and aroma. The prices are reasonable. The service is warm and attentive. When they found out I was Chinese, they even made an effort to greet and thank me in Chinese. This café, located next to the Pensacola Library with direct access from the library, is fantastic. It’s the most literary café in Pensacola and comes highly recommended. One suggestion: the burgers and sandwiches might be a bit salty for those who prefer a less salty taste.“

“I saw someone on FB bragging about their donuts being great so we had to stop by and check them out. We picked out their apple fritters and they are fantastic. They are cooked all the way through and the best we have had since we moved here to Florida. We also got two round solid glazed donuts and had them filled at the time we ordered. “PJ’s Coffee has always been a favorite of mine when visiting New Orleans. When the owners announced this Pensacola location, I was ecstatic! Although I absolutely adore each seasonal specialty coffee, my go-to is their iced mocha and chocolate croissant. This location is constantly involved in the local community, continually improving connections between customers, local small businesses, and nonprofit organizations in the area. This is so much more than a coffee shop!“

Parking: If the parking lot is full just park across the street or on the side u will be treated amazing it's worth it u could even park on either side next door or get them a great parking lot they deserve it By far the best customer service I've ever seen and it's consitant u could come ever day for a week always great customer service“

“I live near this location and this is my favorite by far. The staff are always friendly and have great customer service. I once placed a mobile order and was not able to pick it up.
