“Everything was great, staff was very friendly but my burger was so over cooked as well as bun so over toasted I couldn't even bite in to it. I unfortunately waited in the long lunch line to throw my burger away. First time there, because of the friendly staff I'll give it another try sometime maybe it was just an off experience.“

“These one star reviews are lying. This is the best one in town. This is my local Mcd’s location and they never forget anything, they always make fresh food, the inside is clean, and it’s not too far from my home. This should be your new location“

“the management team at this location is outstanding. they handled a situation quickly and discreetly and with no escalation. what happened very well could have been an accident to begin with, and was not managements fault or anyone on that shift. but they handled it with perfect professionalism. its not a risk to anyone so im not putting the details or drama in this review. I just really respect and appreciate how they handled the situation.“

“Atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was efficiently friendly. They were busy, but still made my order in a few minutes. And to my surprise their kiosks were not broken. No offense to other McDonald's, of course. Great customer service, tasty food, and puts the fast in fast food.“

“Stopped off there last night to let my dog out for a break and decided to get something.

Big Mac, no bun, 4 patties, extra cheese, extra sauce, +2 tomatoes.

Everything was good, everyone was nice, service and food was prompt.

I love how they put the patties to one side of the tray so everything's unbalanced when they hand it to you and you're trying to get it set up to eat. It was just like in the TikTok vids. Awesome!!“

Kid-friendliness: Seems the menu is geared towards impulse buying, guess that's why they are a leading company. Just wish it was more pocketbook friendly.“

“I ordered door dash, which the driver was nice but the food wasn't great, the fries were overcooked and the soda was watered down, they either need to replace the Dr pepper with a new one, there was no taste of Dr pepper. and the burger was cold.“

“It has been a long time since I got the service that I received from this particular restaurant. They were extremely nice did not hesitate to make a fresh pot of coffee even at 8:00 at night so that I can have a full thermos. The food was really good fresh and hot. It is so nice to be able to say thank you with a huge smile on my face when speaking to the staff who have gone out of their way to make me happy.“

“This McDonalds is mine and my children’s go to fast food spot I have 6 kids so we go inside most of the time since they have a play place and I will admit all 6 of my kids together in one room it gets really loud and hectic and yet the McDonalds employees never come to me with any issues they are always very sweet and understanding of how kids can be when they’re playing and having fun the employees are also very patient and respectful to me and my children. When an employee brings our order to the table they come with a smile and for the most part I believe all of them that have brought my order out they read my order back to me before handing it to me and walking Away they also ask us if we need anything else or if we are good to go …..

I can not for the life of me remember the woman’s name that helped me out when my son accidentally dropped his drink inside the main lobby right in front of the drink machine I went to ask for some assistance I had no problem with cleaning the mess up myself since it was my child that did it but this sweet young woman came back out to me with the mop and bucket and still wearing a smile as I’m being so embarrassed apologizing repeatedly to her she said it wasn’t a problem at all and that mistakes happen she even thanked me for offering to clean up the mess and she looked at my son and told him that it was okay accidents happen and asked if he would like to have a new cup I wish I could remember her name“

“Honestly, for a mcdonalds or fast food in general, this was one of my better experiences. The young lady who worked the front while I was there was extremely nice and honestly made me feel like I was at a normal sit-down spot.

She asked if everything tasted okay, asked if we needed anything else, just overall a super charming young woman who literally didnt need to do that. As a visitor from California just trying to slam a burger, this young lady made me feel like a valued customer. I know it sounds crazy, but she was very genuine.

“98% chance your order is wrong and you will be treated as an inconvenience for choosing to drive thru to order food. This is simply getting ridiculous. Fast food is a full customer service job and some workers total make paying customers feel like us as customer are a bother. Horrible to pay for food to receive crappy service and food order wrong“

“Obviously fast food chains have quick turnover with staff, but holy smokes! These folks are the epitome of what fast food should be! I've gone there several times on my way to work the last couple months, and each time, they have been pleasant, fast as heck, and my food has come to me exactly as I've ordered.

I have to applaud their hiring manager or just store manager for either hiring or training their folks to be friendly, personable, and most importantly for fast food, quick! Everyone at this location I've interacted with the last 2 months have been top notch!

Dont let the score fool you. We all know reviews more often than not come from the disgruntled who have been wronged in some way for a slight error like 1 too few ketchup packets. But I gotta give it up, at least for the recent breakfast crew. Y'all are killing it!! Thank you!!“

“This location is disgusting. the floor was so greasy. I had to tip toe while walking out. this place was unsafe. I tried to speak to the Manager who had a red shirt and black pants and was a Black overweight man. I asked him if I can discuss the condition of the floor and he looked at me and walked away. This place was a filthy mess. Stay away“

“Jacoby professionalism and friendliness was very evident as soon my wife and I walked in the store.! Greeted us with a smile and his professional service was awesome and the food was hot and fresh. Jacoby set bar very high and hopefully his bar will be met when my wife I visit a different McDonald's. His Manager obviously runs the store with pride.
