“They were pretty busy, so the service seemed to be dragging as we were outside and it was a tad chilly. However, we really did like our waitress, and she took good care of us. The food was fantastic, and we ordered a couple of nice cold beers. She took a few minutes to tell us about the history of the restaurant and encouraged us to go in and see the brick oven, which I did. A cook was shoving a huge pizza in there when I walked in, so it's not just a show piece, they actually are using the brick oven! We enjoyed this place a lot. Not from here, just passing through, but we will be sure to stop in again on our way through! Thank you to the kind cook for the photo opp! :)“

“Tyler is the best part of Graffiti pizza. It was my Grandaughters birthday and he went out of his way to bring us what we needed and was so attentive to us. He couldn't accept a tip from us but he was outstanding. We're from Chicago so you know we ain't comparing the pizza....lol. It was a nice chill family setting.“

Moved on to the faccacia, light crust, beautiful cheese...heavenly. then the main course two gorgeous pizzas, from the thin crust to the stretchy cheese and beautiful leopard spots on the crust from the 900 degree oven, these pizzas were delicious and just what was needed!! “I was visiting Pensacola for a family reunion. To make things easy for dinner we decided to order pizza. Someone suggested Ozone Pizza Pub. My group of 16 consisted vegans, vegetarians, someone with religious dietary restrictions, and people who are everything. Ozone Pizza hit a home run! They didn't blink at my take out order. They said 30 minutes and I believe it was ready to the very minute. Very friendly staff. As far as the pizza, DELICIOUS! I highly recommend Ozone Pizza Pub. Thank you so much!!!“

“Just got back from Mellow Mushroom in Pensacola, and it was one of those easy, happy meals that reminds you why you keep coming back.

First off, Maddy was the real highlight. She greeted us with a kind smile and this upbeat, genuinely welcoming attitude that instantly set the tone. She was attentive without hovering, conversational in a way that felt natural, and she checked on us at all the right times. The whole experience felt smooth and friendly because of her.

Food-wise, Mellow did what Mellow does best: delivered the classics flawlessly. The pizza was hot, flavorful, and exactly as expected (in the best way). The Greek salad was crisp and fresh with that tangy, satisfying bite. And the pretzel bites? Always spot on, warm, soft, perfectly salted, and impossible not to keep grabbing.

“We ordered a pizza and there was a topping that was too spicy and we thought it had olives on it. They immediately made us another pizza and it was delicious. Being the end of the day they they gave us a piece of cake they couldn’t have out in front. Always friendly and curtesy staff.“

“Food was quick and delicious but a little skimpy with the toppings, which I also think if you take off one topping you should get to add a different one at no charge, especially when it is a less expensive topping, They didn't add the extra chees, If they did there's no way it was worth the extra cost. The traditional wings were great the boneless ones are small like chicken nuggets but still delicious. The speed was definitely the best part. Gotta work on the toppings though, it's definitely an ongoing problem. Not the first time it's happened.“

“I went in the Pensacola location and was greeted by Tommy L and he was so helpful. He advised that if I ordered online I'd get the better prices. As soon as I placed the order he IMMEDIATELY started making my pizzas. I saved about $15 total (I ordered 5 pizzas). Since this is the only location left in Florida, I was so happy to get pizzas perfectly prepared and with friendly service. I usually don't leave reviews but this guy was outstanding. Also, baked the pizzas for dinner and they turned out perfect. So nice to get good food and GREAT service.“

“Rarely do I ever write a review for a place, but honestly and truly, this staff deserves this review. Today was another date day for my girlfriend and me. While we were out and about, we decided to hit up Cici's, as it has always been a childhood staple for me and since I recently introduced her to it a few months ago, she has fallen in love with it as well. We are always greeted with a smile and joy, even when I can tell they have had a long day. The staff are always working hard to make sure we have everything we want and need (whether it be certain pizzas, fixing the air hockey table, or checking in on how we are doing). The staff working today were Haley, Russell (Rusty), Josh, Whitney, and Tyler! I would watch them as problems would come up (like noticing something to clean or grabbing more dough or communicating pizza orders) and I can honestly say, they work fantastic together as a crew. Their efficiency is great, and they still keep the place bouncing with joy and service. I only got to really dig deep with a couple of the workers today, Haley & Rusty, and I HAVE to give them some praise. Haley has worked there for a long time, and I remember her back then still being as joyous and hardworking as she is now. She is and has always been willing to help customers and do whatever she can to make sure not only we are happy but genuinely feel welcomed there. She still works just as hard, if not harder than when I saw her there multiple years ago. Haley is probably my girlfriends favorite worker there and she always loves to go up and chit chat with her and enjoy the company! I have no clue how long Rusty has worked there, as I just started going back a couple months ago with my girlfriend after a multi year hiatus (because she said she never went as a child, and I couldn't let her keep going without experiencing it). Since we've started coming back, Rusty has been one of our favorite staff to see! He always has a smile on his face, and a genuine joy in his heart. He always truly checks in on people and I can say that we truly do love it and look forward to him being there! I know I have written alot, but I can't help but to say just how amazing this place is, especially for both my girlfriend and I. So many memories have been made here from when I grew up and had birthday parties here, to late night snack nights with the guys, to now little date and game nights with the love of my life. Cici's will forever hold a spot in my childhood, but this place will forever hold a spot in my heart. Thank you to the team that helps make my memories some of the best ones I'll ever have.“

“This Domino's continues to serve excellent pizza that not only competes with any other Perdido Key Pizza restaurant, it's better and cheaper. Seriously. 30 years ago in New Orleans before I moved here, we used to laugh at Domino's Pizza being cheese on rubber. Not at this location. I’m pescatarian/ plant based . I cook a lot at home so I’m picky when I eat out or delivery. I order the large veggie pizza thin crust and add jalapeños and pineapple, and I request sesame sea crust . Omg it’s the best crust ever ! They load the pizza with fresh veggies and I love it because I don’t like a pizza with too much sauce . The thin crust is wonderful! “hello this is Rihanna hunt I had placed an order on June 2nd. for two large pepperoni pizzas to be delivered after 55 minutes I called the store to find out what was going on. it connected me to some recording saying that my order had been canceled and if I would like to speak to somebody to please hold I was on hold for 30 minutes I so I hung up called another Pizza company order pizza. using the same credit card same order and it was delivered within 35 minutes in the meantime I'm on hold again with Domino's on 98 for 55 minutes nobody picked up the phone then it disconnected me. then I call back pushed one to try to place another order ask them what happened to my order why was canceled they did not know requested to speak to a manager I was on hold again for another 10 minutes I hung up I called back again I was placed on hold to speak with the manager for another 10 minutes. and never got to speak to a manager this is absolutely ridiculous this is not customer service nobody knows why am I order was canceled and manager does not want to pick up the phone and I was on on hold for a total of an hour and 45 minutes which is absolutely ridiculous you guys need to figure something out better than this.“
