Something Asian is a hidden gem for authentic Asian food, offering beef, pork, chicken, and vegetables. The grilled pork with kimchi fried rice and marinated cucumbers is probably the best food from a food truck. The Korean beef with white jasmine rice is a favorite, and the lumpia is nice and crisp, rolled tight with good meat, not disguised as big soggy filler. The Korean barbecue, Korean barbecue chicken, garlic fried rice, and rangions are all amazing. The macaroni salad is soft and creamy, the sticky white rice pairs perfect with the meats, and the garlic rice has a nice light flavor. The staff is always friendly, professional, and very nice. These meals are authentic Asian food usually only found with old school Asian folk. Everything is so delicious, you can't go wrong. It is a tough favorite between the Korean beef and the grilled chicken. This is a new favorite spot, highly recommended, and will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.
