The staff was super friendly, and the manager stopped by to check on us, which added a nice touch to the visit. It felt like they really value their customers. “stopped here for milkshakes with my band mates, we decided to sit outside at the benches; fantastic place. As far as Sonics go, it's not particularly notable (though the staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome, and the shakes were delicious). But the cool part was the parking lot (shared with some other business) had a chicken. The employees said she hung around all the restaurants like a stray cat, but a chicken. Fantastic stuff, absolutely made my day and will stop here anytime we go through this way.“

“The service was slow and they were out of receipt paper, so you didn't know the number of your order. There was not enough staff to cover the amount of customers that were there. Very poor shift management.

This time things went a lot better than before. The staff seemed a little more focused and happier. It still has a ways to go, but I'd rate this visit a B-“
