We have been here twice, the first time food was great. The second time it was good but not great. Cristian provided excellent service!

Apamate Bistro offers a wonderful atmosphere and delicious food with outstanding service. The ambience is reminiscent of Venezuela, and the Venezuelan food is just like a home cooked meal. The service is friendly and efficient, with attentive and professional waiters who are patient and helpful when explaining different cheeses. Every dish brought out is better than the last, and the appetizers, entrees, and desserts are highly recommended. The asado negro is amazing. The food is absolutely perfect with flavors so on point, and the portions are generous at a very reasonable price. The place feels like coming to your Tia's house for lunch. Very clean and calm atmosphere. Excellent 1000/10. Definitely a place to visit again and again with family, 2-3 times a week even. Highly recommend!
