“Great burgers! Me and my wife were craving a good burger in our area. We came across Charles & Larry’s and with a 4.6 rating, we said, let’s give it a shot!

The place is small and has capacity for about 30 -40 people. We were immediately greeted by a very friendly server, who was very helpful with the menu.

I ordered the Charles burger and, as you see in the picture, it did not disappoint!!! My wife ordered a single burger, but it was as good.

The Charles came with two patties, American cheese, Venezuelan soft - hand made cheese, coleslaw, lettuce, bacon and julienne potato sticks. I opted out of the tomatoes.

Burgers were cooked to perfection and the flavors were harmonious!!! Drizzle them up with some “house sauce” and it’s as perfect as a Venezuelan burger could be. I guess the only thing missing was a fried egg on top!!

Needless to say, I could not finish my burger as it was waaaayyy too big for me to finish it (and I can eat!!)

Five stars to the Maracuchos (Venezuelans from Maracaibo). I will definitely go back!“

“I've been here twice, first grilled chicken with two sides, that was decent and price was fair. Second time, got a pepito sandwich with fries and it was ok, but it was a half sandwich, like maybe 2-3 inches wide, I would recommend ppl sticking with the grilled entrees if you have an appetite. Other than that service is good, very clean, and decent atmosphere.“

“Came here with my sister to eat lunch. The waitress was very detailed and had great communication skills. The place is small and looks clean. If you get cold easily bring a sweater as the inside gets cold. They use a lot of meat and cheese. The arepa was delicious but it was a little too salty for my liking.“

“I’ve been coming here since 2019, and this place has been a favorite of mine ever since. The people are always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and the food is consistently amazing.

I mostly come for the beef soup it’s honestly one of my favorite things on the menu but their arepas, empanadas, and everything else I’ve tried are second to none. Everything tastes fresh, homemade, and full of flavor. You can really tell there’s pride and love behind the food.

Whether you’re craving a good Venezuelan meal or just want a place where you know you’re going to be treated well, I highly recommend Arepas Venegara. After all these years, they still never disappoint. Definitely a hidden gem worth checking out!“

“A small family run cafe. We got the juevos con queso y jamon meal for breakfast x3 and it came with toast and fries and a drink for a great price. I had the cafe con leche, and it was delicious. The proprietress is very nice, and was patient with my poor Spanish. Would definitely recommend it if you are in the neighborhood.“
