“I have to say, the Plant City Applebee's has to be my favorite location of any other Applebee's restaurant i have visited in the past! Everyone from host, waiters and even the person running the many drinks we had. Not only did a manager come to welcome us to the restaurant and seeing if we needed anything else. THE ACTUAL GM DELIVERED OUR FOOD WITH OUR WAITOR. SHE MADE SURE OUR ORDER WAS CORRECT, AND EVEN TOLD US ABOUT A FUNDRAISER FOR A LEMONADE STAND. WORTHY CAUSE SO WE WERE HAPPY TO DONATE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. THANK YOU APPLEBEE'S!“

“My daughter and I were on our way back to the Tampa Airport to fly back to Nova Scotia. We wanted to try the Waffle House but did so much we never got the chance until now. It didn’t disappoint! We ordered a cheesesteak sandwich with onions, mushrooms and jalapeños, biscuit gravy, a breakfast with eggs, bacon, hash browns and raisin toast. Just for fun we ordered a cinnamon crunch waffle. The food was excellent and my daughter commented on how delicious everything was including the chocolate milk.
Even better than the food was the service! Our server Hayzel was very friendly as she described that serving goes back generations in her family. Her attentiveness to detail was notable and excellent rapport with staff and clients alike.
I would highly recommend a trip to the waffle house, in particular this location!

“The owner was nice and server too ! However please note that the steak tips are actually roast beef & my husband was disappointed. The hamburger steak that I ate was extremely dry and the country fried steak that my MIL ordered was flat, thin and tasted precooked / frozen quality. We love supporting small businesses and appreciate unique diners. Hopefully this one can pick up on true southern American cuisine.“
