“My Fiance and I were not disappointed with the Birria Grilled Cheese, Queso Birria tacos or the Bro Fries (con Asada). The flavor was on point. The salsa was flavorful AAAAND spicy. I was a little disappointed in the Aguas (Horchata & Jamaica) but hey no one is perfect and we were there for the food. Can't wait to go back.“
“I absolutely love these tacos. I'm a very picky and finicky eater but I was sold the first day. It's a convenient location for me to eat lunch only because I live in Sulfar Springs but have a lot of deliveries in Plant City. I will admit I've taken the drive more than once on the weekend just to fulfill the craving, lol. I hope any and everyone close to Hernendez Tacos takes the time to stop in and try it out. I honestly eat there every chance I get.“
“Food was good , at first I thought it was expensive but when i got my food I was surprised to see so much food on my plate. I recommend a few dishes like the Torta and The Taco salad and the Enchilada with Queso!The only reason for the 2star in atmosphere is because it is in a gas station and seating is near the back close to the in Door trashcan, too many flies buzzing around while you eat“

“Great food made when ordered! I had the fried Chicken with Tajadas, a Baleada Special and Tamarind Juice. It was all delicious and TBH a lot of food. Fair price point for the quality and quantity of food. I paid $30.16 for my meal. The chicken Tajadas can easily feed two people. I recommend calling ahead and placing your order if you don't want to wait. They are also available in Uber Eats. This is a food truck at a gas station so finding a parking spot might be difficult.“

I had pepper steak over fried rice, my brother had sweet and sour chicken over white rice, probably the best pepper steak I've had in the last 10 years! Super tender and fantastic taste! Sweet and sour chicken was good too!! Awesome prices too!! I did not realize it was a food truck, until I passed it a couple of times, don't let that fool you, it's worth a stop!!“
“Since moving from from the southwest I have been on a mission to find good Mexican food. Much easier said than done! But, this place makes the cut! Great food, large portions. Very authentic rice and beans as well. I definitely will be back. Oh and the red salsa is on point. Spicy but not overkill. The location was a little rough, which I’m used to. But, it was raining and the place was flooded. Luckily I found a sliver of a dry seat. All in all, amazing food!“
