The Outback located in Sunrise, FL, close to Sawgrass Mall is absolutely horrible. We attempted to go 3 weeks ago. We walked in and the dining room was virtually empty, yet the hostess told us she couldn’t seat us for at least 20 minutes because the kitchen was too backed up. They told another small party arriving at the same time the same thing. We left and went to Olive Garden right across the street where we were promptly seated and served.
