“We celebrated our 2 year anniversary here and it didn't disappoint. Jose was our server and he was absolutely outstanding--made great recommendations and was attentive but didn't hover. We ordered the Maine lobster tacos and Maine lobster bisque--they split the bisque for us and it was delicious and creamy. For dinner I had the ahi tuna and my boyfriend had the filet mignon medium rare enhanced with scallops, truly incredible. As sides, we got the scalloped potatoes (a gift from our server and the chef, thank you!), the broccolini, and the crab fried rice. Everything was so delicious and well-paced. While we've come here without and specific celebrations, we're extremely appreciative of Eddie V's for making this visit extra special.“

My only problem and the reason of the 4 stars is that if you order online to eat on the restaurant the 20%Tip was mandatory which is a pretty unsavoury and honestly didn't really appreciate the surprise. I would definitely come back but they should clarify the mandatory tips on the web page since at that point you don't really get a choice“

I had the 6 Shrimp on the barbecue and it was great. The only negative was we were in and out of there so fast the manager didn’t have time to come around to our table, sad because I would have liked to let them know how awesome he was. “Certainly the best experience is always at the Fort Lauderdale unit, while the Orlando unit left something to be desired both in terms of service and in some products, such as the coalho cheese that was served, which was far from being coalho cheese (it was more like a melted mozzarella - too soft). Overall, the atmosphere is wonderful, excellent for family gatherings and the cuts of meat are impeccable.“

Even on a busy day like Easter, the service was impeccable. (The servers even found time to cater to the baby we had in tow!) The prime rib was simply the best I've ever had and the other traditionally themed dishes were delicious: lamb, beef wellington, escargot. I would recommend this restaurant, particularly for those who appreciate true DINING. Basque in the sounds of the live piano played at volumes that define background and allow for conversation. “Runyon's is one of the best Stake houses in South Florida. This was my first time here and compared to my experiences at different Ruth Chris stake house restaurants Runyon's takes the win. Menus and service are very similar but the taste of the Prime Rib and lobster takes win by far. This particular restaurant has been owned by same owners for 37 years and renovated a few years ago. If this restaurant would be located facing ocean I would had gave it all 5 stars...only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is for the location and cost of the meat menu. If you are meat lover you won't be disappointed!“

“We tried council oak for dinner one night and was very pleased. The atmosphere is great and the service is so friendly and attentive. It was quite busy when we went but the food came out hot and quick. We ordered iceberg salads, calamari, baked potato, garlic herb fries, creamed spinach, Brussels sprouts, filet mignon, and salmon. Everything was excellent and the prices were just right. The bacon chunks in the wedge were to die for. The steak was cooked just right at medium rare. We didn’t get dessert because there wasn’t a big option. Other than that excellent steakhouse.“

“Our server Jeffery was very attentive and helpful. He was patient and helped us to figure out what we wanted to eat. He check on our table several times throughout our meal. He fully explained how to use the electronic hand held pay machine. The food was wonderful, the bread was great, the meal was appropriately timed so we didn't have to rush through our appetizers. We will MOST DEFINITELY be coming back here in the near future.“
