“This was the BEST seafood boil i’ve ever had! My boyfriend & I enjoyed the combo #5 with crab legs, lobster tail & shrimp & another order of a pound of crab legs! My boyfriend even said this is the first time he’s ever seen me eat my whole food! HIGHLY recommend this place if you want great seafood with even better flavor.“

“It was a lovely first time visit. I am in the neighborhood and walk by it often, but this was the first time to actually go in. I would LOVE to give it five stars and it was ALMOST there. The atmosphere is lovely: clean a few nice outdoor tables both in the sun and in the shade. The staff was beyond nice: friendly warm and helpful. The prices were fair. AND THE COFFEE WAS WONDERFUL. I had the dark care mocha latte and it was smooth as proverbial silk. EXCELLENT COFFEE. It would have been perfect except I think I certainly ordered the wrong thing. I see people commenting on how good the pastries were. I am not a sweet person ordinarily, I like savory things. I ordered the chicken empanadas: MISTAKE. Now, I love empanadas. I have had them from Colombia, Argentina, Mexico and Ecuador. Sometimes they are spicy and sometimes a bit sweet (with onions and raisins) I like them all. This empanada was really bad. I am not joking. I cannot remember having a bad empanada. What as wrong: the dough was SO THICK. If you ever eat a real empanada, the dough is kind of thin and the filling full. This was all dough and so so thick that it was gummy and just all dough. The filling was meager and dry. Instead of juicy it was dried out chicken with no flavoring or sauce, just a slight taste of curry. The entire empanada was left on the plate after one bite. I love this adorable neighborhood place and I will be back. I am really not an injustice collector. I really wanted to be able to say five stars, instead of four or four and a half. As I said the atmosphere, service and coffee were top rate, but whoever made those empanadas should really find out how to make them. I will trust the other people who posted reviews and order one of the pastries next time. Sorry, but I really loved the time I spent here, but disappointed that the whole empanada was left on the plate. I am sure the pastries are a lot better.“

“We just finished with our first visit here and we will definitely be back.. we started with a dozen raw which were very clean just a little small wife had fried catfish and I had blackened Mahi mahi.. of course we shared all and everything was awesome wife even liked the coleslaw and she is very picky with that. We had Brittney as a waitress very friendly and personable. The only thing we didn’t like here was the fact that they charge you for using a credit card and during this day and age everybody uses a card which means the owner makes a killing off of just that charge in itself but overall great experience and again we will be back for sure“

“First time visit for lunch today with friends, and we were all pleasantly surprised with the extremely clean, aesthetic design, and friendly, eager staff. Order at the register and build your bowl with tons of fresh ingredients. The staff even offered to cook my salmon after discovering it was typically served as sushi-grade salmon, raw from the bar. The Asaba Aioli was a nice combo of sweet and spicy, and the freshly brewed fruit teas are truly a treat with a sample-tasting bar set up at the counter. We will be back. #highlyrecommend.“

“I loved the trendy menu which includes asian cuisine burritos, wagyu fried rice, fun holiday drinks, and more -in addition to their traditional sushi offerings! My group and I were seated immediately, upon arrival. Parking on a Sunday night was easy. The complex is newer and looks amazing!“

The catering presentation was outstanding: the food was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and the flavors truly transported us to Mexico. “Unfortunately my review is mixed. Been a regular for while now. Food is always on point. Service is top notch. Even from Josh…joking. Great ambience from the locals. Wife and I find this place as our regular go to place. This all new DJ on Thursday night. Is a complete bomb!!! Can’t hold a conversation! Plays music into the football game! Bartender can’t even hear our order! The music that is played reminds me of strip clubs I use to go to in Miami! I’m from Miami. The locals older generation from Plantation don’t listen to that style of music. I understand it’s a business that’s drumming new business but it’s pushing the regulars out.“
