“One year ago we lost a very dear friend, co-worker, family member and loved one! We went to seasons 52 to celebrate his life and brought with us (his ashes). The staff at seasons 52 town center Jacksonville Florida was amazing and accepted the situation as if he was there! From the bar tender Michael who served him a drink to the receptionist who Renee who made us fell very welcome and treated our friend with respect and dignity to our waiter Blake who also went the extra mile to make our experience exceptional! We would like to recognize these people for helping us make our friends night out so very special we will be back every year because of them and the service, not to mention the food was amazing! Thank you!“

“The service and friendly atmosphere made our meal and celebration of my 92nd birthday a very pleasant experience. I had a delicious steak and my wife had lobster. We enjoyed the meal and the staff and management stopping at our table to wish me a Happy Birthday.“

“Feeding the Jax Beach bros since 2013 and still holding it down strong. The steak and shrimp combo? Absolute go-to move. Always cooked right, seasoned just enough, and hits the spot every time. Service is chill but on point, and the vibe fits perfectly for a solid night out with the crew. Longhorns keeps it consistent!“

“If your not in a rush, the atmosphere is great, but the service was extremely slow at 2pm on a Friday and not very busy. We waited 25 minutes for the order of a burger, side salad, strawberry salad and onion soup, plus another 20 minutes just to get the bill, and your water was never filled.“

“I absolutely love this outback. My food was ready as soon as i pulled in and checked in for to go order. The service was super friendly and nothing was forgotten or wrong with anything I ordered. I did not check the accuracy before I left which I try to do but everything was so delicious and more than enough. Thanks outback!“

“Our servers (including the server in training) were very good/excellent. The support server who boxed up our food haphazardly boxed leftover steak, potatoes and a side dish in a messy way that left sweet potatoes and steak juice all over everything that was bagged up. The sloppy boxing made everything inedible and left a mess on the floor of our car. Very disappointed. Otherwise, it was a delicious meal and a lovely evening. Very disappointed that the sloppy boxing won't let us enjoy the food again at home.“
