From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home on such a special occasion. The service was exceptional, and every detail was handled with genuine care. The food was absolutely perfect—everything cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. This was our first visit to this location, but it certainly won't be our last. Thank you to the Ruth's Chris Sawgrass team for making my wife's birthday such a memorable evening. “One year ago we lost a very dear friend, co-worker, family member and loved one! We went to seasons 52 to celebrate his life and brought with us (his ashes). The staff at seasons 52 town center Jacksonville Florida was amazing and accepted the situation as if he was there! From the bar tender Michael who served him a drink to the receptionist who Renee who made us fell very welcome and treated our friend with respect and dignity to our waiter Blake who also went the extra mile to make our experience exceptional! “We've been working in the Jax Beach/Ponte Vedra area for awhile. We've extended at Longhorn multiple times. Jules took great care of us. Lunch special cost about the same as fast food, but taste and food are much better. Fries are great. Burgers and chicken sandwiches are always on point. We'll keep going back.“

“The gentleman that was our waiter tonight was AMAZING as well as the hostess who seated us within minutes of arriving. However the quality of the ribs were not the best, but they were good enough to eat. The lobster tail was magnificent and the bread was fresh. Our waiter constantly checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our evening, which was greatly appreciated. “This is a shout out to the hostess Layla, and our server Ariel. My boyfriend and I sent our dog to heaven, and after burying him, we went to get some food from y’all. Our server, Ariel was absolutely amazing and made sure that we had everything we needed. You’re hostess, Layla, went above and beyond. She bought me, presented at the end of the meal, a dog plushy that is able to be warmed up so that you can hug him. The staff overall was so warm and kind in the hardship that we were dealing with. I have worked customer service industry for 23 years and the level at which your staff was performing their service to their guests was above and beyond.
