“I just had the most incredible experience. I’m going through a stressful time and stumbled upon this gem to get breakfast. Everyone was so kind, offered prayer, and the food was just incredible. It was the pick me up I didn’t know I needed.“

“I had an afternoon meal on my trek along I-75. I had my usual chicken and dumplings with green beans, mashed potatoes, fried apples and biscuits. It was delicious, hot and fast. The waitresses worked together and kept food and drinks moving. The management team was meeting at the big table beside me. It was exciting to hear them planning positive customer experiences for the coming holidays. The company has made notable improvements with a return to high food quality and large portions. “For fast food this is a far better choice than McDonald’s or Burger King. The food is always hot and seems fresh off the grill. While this does make the wait in drivers longer, I prefer to wait for fresh food. Workers are always courteous. I’ve not had a mistake made on my orders.“

“Cody’s Original Roadhouse Port Charlotte This place is in Port Charlotte Town Center Mall. It looks cool from the outside and even cooler on the inside. We got there on a Thursday night about 5ish. This place was hopping with a lot of people. It was neat and clean, and I loved the interior decorations. Our waitress Brenda was on the ball with our drink, our food orders, and any questions we had because of our first time there. I got a beer, and my wife got a Pina Colada, both were cold and very good. I ordered the 1lb Prime Rib med well with a side of Mashed Potatoes. My wife ordered the Filet Mignon wrapped in Bacon with a side of Baked Sweet Potato in Cinnamon Butter. For an appetizer I ordered the half stick of Jumbo Onion Rings on a stick. Brenda stated she would bring out warm Rolls with Cinnamon Butter and a bowl of Salad that she would mix for the both of us right at the table. Our Onion Rings were very good and very large. The Salad she mixed and served on cold plates it was so good. When our Steaks came out, they looked amazing. Both are steaks were done perfect and they were so good. We could practically cut them with a butter knife they were that tender. Our side of Mashed Potatoes and the Sweet Potato was also very good. All our food was hot and flavorful. Brenda kept checking on us to make sure everything was perfect even a manager stopped by and asked us how the food was. Our food was some of the best we had in this area in fact the entire experience was one of the best yet. Special thanks out to Brenda for such excellent service and the good vibe of this place. They do run Specials everyday on food and drinks you just have to check. I must give this place 5 out of 5 stars because of the great experience we had there. “Love the Cod Fish basket with fries) Best we have ever had, better than in New England! it was only 55 degrees in SW FL (Pt Charlotte) tonight so we asked for coffee instead of soft drinks. They made it fresh for us & it was fabulous. Better than Dunkin or Starbucks! WOW. And your employees are super nice.“

“We went there with a large group including two little 2yr olds and the waitress was absolutely great and kept up with our drinks and even brought my two little 2yr old grandsons a pack of crackers while we waited for our food the wairess name is Heather and when we go back we will be asking for her. “All-Star has become a local favorite of ours. We have had lunch quite a few time, breakfast twice, and have stopped in many times for drinks and the entertainment. The food and service have always been outstanding. The entertainment is awesome. We highly recommend trying them out.“

“Gatorz Bar & Grill Port Charlotte Stopped by here on a Sunday afternoon around 4 ish. We sat on the outside patio area. They had some good live music playing which we enjoyed. They also have a bar and plenty of tables out there. One thing to note they do allow smoking in this area. I have to mention I was pleasantly surprised at how good their food was. Our waitress Hannah was on the ball with taking our drink and food orders. I ordered a Beer and the Mushroom Bacon Swiss Burger with Coleslaw. My wife ordered the Grilled Blackened Fish, Fries and Coleslaw. My Beer was cold, and my Bacon Swiss Burger was the best Burger I had in this area in a long while. My wife’s Fish area amazing. It was done to perfection and the Blackened Seasoning took it to the next level. The Seasoned Fries were very good as was the Coleslaw. The only problem we had was Hannah forgot my coleslaw. “Food was FANTASTIC. We both had the Bourbon Street shrimp and chicken. AND the butter pecan blondie was Devine. Service was good when you could get the staff’s attention. Tables were not promptly cleared. We will go back but hope they can fix these shortcomings“

“I don’t know how people can complain about the food. Especially this place. Always yummy and cooked well. There was one time we went and they served the wrong dish. Once. But I’ve been here many many times. Decided to finally leave a good review. I always get the sweet and sour chicken and rice, general chicken and rice, wonton soup, egg rolls, and/or other things randomly sometimes. Always good food. And I’ve never been sick eating from here. The food is served hot, so hot when I get home I gotta blow on it for a short bit, So never cold. The food is always filled to the brim of the take out dish. Well worth the price in my opinion since I usually stuff myself and still need to put left overs in the fridge. Cashiers are always nice and never wrong with the spare change. This is the only and best Chinese food in the area in my opinion. Highly recommend ordering out from here. 10/10“
