“I came to the restaurant about 9pm tonight I ordered chicken strips. Got up to the window was greeted promptly and told my food would be out in a minute. Then a young lady came over and said I’m so sorry unfortunately we are out of the strips would nuggets be ok. I said absolutely that’s fine got home had so many nuggets and a chocolate chip cookie in my bag as a sorry gift. Absolutely delicious and amazing customer service. So many nuggets left over. “Zaxby’s is a really great place to go as always! Walked in I will admit the wait was a tiny bit long but I ordered my food and they got it out instantly. The chicken was hot and fresh and the fries were seasoned well. I wish I didn’t get to see Mr. Beast face plastered at the front area but otherwise a great location to go to if you’re looking for good chicken!

“We came here and went threw the drive thru they had us wait to side and when we went in to get drinks they let us know they were out of poppers gave us the 2 they had and a side. They were so quick and fast and good with their service. It made our night! This is a great KFC experience“

“I had an issue with an online pickup through the app. Scheduled it for 12:55pm and didn’t receive it until almost 1:25 even though it was ready. Matt, the new manager called me personally and received an email from customer service and they both went above and beyond to make things right. I think with the new manager the restaurant is going to be much more efficient and I wish him all the best. I love everything on their menu. Good prices and a reward system.“
