Then a young lady came over and said I’m so sorry unfortunately we are out of the strips would nuggets be ok. I said absolutely that’s fine got home had so many nuggets and a chocolate chip cookie in my bag as a sorry gift. Absolutely delicious and amazing customer service. So many nuggets left over. “For fast food this is a far better choice than McDonald’s or Burger King. The food is always hot and seems fresh off the grill. While this does make the wait in drivers longer, I prefer to wait for fresh food. Workers are always courteous. I’ve not had a mistake made on my orders.“

“We went thru drive thru, as we do most of the time. In the past some of the cashiers at the wondow were rude and act like they hated their job and the customers. However, we went thru drive thru Sunday night and Victoria went above and beyond. She greeted is at the window with a smile, presented our food immediately, and said thank you for coming to Arbys, gave me my change and said some nice things to us and then said thanks again, and it was a pleasure serving you. Her tone of voice sounded like she genuinely meant every word. Very friendly and professional way to do business. We will definitely come back to Murdoch Arbys because of Victoria !“

“Compared to other Wendy’s, this is probably one of the best I’ve been to in a very long time. Drive thru moved quickly, they got the order right, the employees didn’t make it obvious that they hated their jobs, and the food tasted great (for Wendy’s)… and it was lunchtime the day after Thanksgiving, too. If every Wendy’s could be like this one, maybe they wouldn’t be closing so many. I decided that I needed to leave a good review because they don’t deserve such a low rating.“

Didn't even mean to stop at the same one, we just got hungry around the same point in the trip. Food was fresh and delicious, and the associates did AMAZING in such a stressful situation.
