Thirsty Turtle Express is a restaurant that offers a varied menu with both hits and misses. While some customers have enjoyed their meals and appreciated the friendly staff, others have experienced inconsistencies in service and cleanliness. The restaurant's pasta dish with seafood garlic butter and the Blackened Grouper have received mixed reviews, with some finding them underwhelming. However, the burger special, featuring fried sweet plantains, bacon, cheese, and BBQ sauce, has been praised as a highlight. The seafood combo, with its flavorful broiled scallops and slightly bready fried oysters, has also received positive feedback. The restaurant's desserts and happy hour specials have been well-received, making it a suitable choice for a quick meal or a gathering with family and friends.
