“This place is stupid good. I don't even know the name of what I ordered, it was one of the first things on there. Got it with grilled chicken and the layered pancakes. Make sure you get extra sauce on the side. Get a green tea. I've never been, but it felt like I popped into someplace in Tokyo and had some local food. You order everything by yourself on the screen as soon as you walk in, then they call your name when it's ready. Seating for about eight groups of people or so. Go there immediately.“

“First time ordering from this restaurants and it was great. Great menu, great tasting food, generous portions. Ordered for delivery and it was fast and efficient. This will be my number one restaurant for Chinese and Japanese food.“

“My mother and I have a tradition of getting different kinds of Banh Mi together, and she was so excited to bring me here after seeing it on the news. We were both very impressed by our experience!
As a starter we had the Grilled Jackfruit Fresh Roll - which had a nice moist rice paper that was easy to chew without breaking off large pieces. Crazy good jackfruit with a smoke to it. The mint mixed with the bright notes of the cucumbers added such a nice kick to the other vegetables as well.
We both had the Kick’n Chicken Banh Mi with spicy mayo - amazing flavor, a fine crispy bread and it was full of jalapeños with some heat (which we love). They were served in bamboo steamers, adding a nice visual flair to our meal.
Given the quality of the food, it was understandable that it took a little bit of time for the food to arrive. If you do go here, make sure that you and your party aren’t in a rush. The staff are all very kind.
It is also a counter service restaurant, not table service. The restaurant is pretty small, and to be honest we were the only other people there so I’m not sure what it would be like busy. However, it was 6pm on a Sunday.
What makes Bamboozle is unique in Channelside/Downtown is that you can bring someone who isn’t familiar with Vietnamese food here and substitute for more American style meats, where some Vietnamese choices don’t have this distinction.“

“Very easy to order, the food was high quality, a good quantity amount enough for yourself and to take home. Absolutely spectacular service not only were they willing to make extra space for me to sit with my son(9year old) yet they were willing to make easy to use chopsticks for his first time experiencing authentic ramen noodles.“
“The food is really good, especially the fried chicken wings. They are perfectly fried golden with a nice crisp into each bite. The staff aren’t really friendly, but also not rude. The restaurant is located in a weird neighborhood so I normally order them wait in my car, other than that the food is what brings me back!“

“This restaurant is now SO STINGY WITH PORTIONS! All rice no entrees! No fortune cookies or hot mustard! Lo Mein full of onions ! Not worth the money anymore !Do better They put the noodles ON TOP OF THE RICE TO GIVE YOU LESS NOODLES ! SHAME“

“Food was a little cold, but I’d say that was our fault had 3 plates and 2 drinks, very much enjoyed it. Service was also very good, cleaned off our table without asking, waiter was nice and quiet, didn’t say anything about us not finishing our plates. Overall atmosphere was nice, there’s cool catfish in the front and lots of color everywhere although it was small. Was also very quiet even with people there which was a little discomforting, but the services brought me back. Very much worth visiting.“
