This location is under new management. The new General Manager is working hard to get this culture in this store back to what Papa John's is known for, amazing customer service and fantastic quality pizzas. she is super friendly and willing to hear any feedback customers have.
Ordering on the app, your pizza never gets made correctly. They say that sometimes it reverses what side of the pizza your toppings requested on. I highly doubt that, I just think they are not paying attention. They also are terrible at cutting pizza. This is the third time this has happened.
I advanced ordered 2 pizzas for delivery at 6:45. It never showed up. Tried calling 20 minutes past delivery time and was put on a recorded loop, and no one answered. They had no problem changing my credit card when I placed the order though.
