“A wonderful experience enhanced by Zoey who was an outstanding frontline ambassador for expected service and care. I ventured away from my usual Thai Bowl and tried the Big Italy with crispy chicken and spaghetti squash. Dang…was it good! Portions were sufficient, well-prepared and proudly served. This selection might just become my favorite at Cali’s. Granted, the staff consists of young adults who are, in the least, committed to going to work to earn their pay. Their attitude is encouraging. Some of the comments posted may not be fair. One has to allow opportunity for on-the-spot redress of an actual or perceived wrong (the menu is self-explanatory or can be clarified by simply asking). “The manager wrote me a handwritten letter thanking me for my support for this location. This papa Johns is right up the road and I’ve never had any issues with their pizzas. Always delicious and fast! This is my go to for when me and my boyfriend are exhausted after 13 hr shifts or when he leaves for a deployment and I don’t feel like cooking. Thank yall for all the good pizzas & the letter.“

“Amazing is the only word! Douglas was an amazing employee; he took the time to teach a kid about tipping because the kid did not really understand how money worked, and tried to tip way too much! . Not only did Douglas not take advantage of the kid, but he took the time to explain how tipping works and went further to teach the kid the math he needed to figure out an appropriate tip. I really feel Douglas went above and beyond what was required of him, and that honesty, integrity, and general kindness reflect well not only on this location but on the brand as a whole!“

“I order from this location only. Tonight as I was waiting for my pizza I observed the young man putting the peppers in the pizza boxes. He had no gloves on and kept putting his hands on his face and hair and also putting them in his pockets. I asked to speak to a manager and of course he was busy. They sent this young man over to talk with me who I had this issue with. He told me his hands were clean. He must not realize he needs to keep his hands off his person and out of his pockets to remain clean. Especially if he’s touching food people potentially eat with no gloves on.“
