Despite some past issues with staff attentiveness and food temperature, the service is now praised, especially with attentive staff like Salina and Stone who ensure quick service. The ambiance has changed over the years, and while some prefer the older look, the restaurant is always clean and well-maintained, including the bathrooms. LaCo now also serves La Crema fondues, creating a perfect combination of queso and margs for a delicious meal. With a pleasant outdoor atmosphere and live music, LaCo is definitely a place worth returning to.
