Friendly service but messed up my order
Chicken is still great and I had it sitting for 4 hrs 😋 👊🏽
I had an excellent experience at this Popeyes location! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They provided fast and professional service and made sure my order was prepared correctly.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen offers an excellent experience with welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly staff who provide fast and professional service. The food is served hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The chicken is crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and absolutely delicious. Everything tastes freshly prepared, and orders exceed expectations. The restaurant is clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere is great. One location on Southern is really an in and out experience, with fresh and crunchy food. The customer service is exceptional, and the staff handle situations with grace and kindness. The food is way better than Raising Cane’s and cheaper as well. For $5, a kid can have 4 nuggets, fries, and a drink with so many choices. However, the ordering experience is a mess. The location and the Northlake ones have a big logistical mess. Online orders, Doordashers, and walk in orders are all vying for attention, and the restaurant is congested and not a place to chill and hangout. The app doesn’t show the option of Cajun fries in the kids meal, even though it’s available at the kiosk. There should be consistency between the app and computer.
