“I've been to Cha Cha several times through the years. usually I reserve it for special events and everytime I go the food is always good and the staff is always polite. It's my usual go to for good Japanese food. I do want to set some expectations for anyone reading this, however. This is not a grandiose, 5 star elegant and fancy place and the menu is pretty decent and covers most anyones needs, but isn't quite the largest either. That is fine as what they have, is great! If you're looking for an upscale, overpriced bland food restaurant. This is not your place. There's major chains for that. If you're looking for genuinely good Japanese food, a cozy atmosphere, and an overall great place to get some Udon, have a Kirin and have a good time, than this is the place. Keep up the amazing work!“

“The butternut squash soup was excellent and the veg melt was fresh and delicious..you could tell the vegetables were grilled when you order the sandwich. not kept in a warmer...the staff is always friendly and helpful. my husband had the wedding soup he said as good as homemade...his roast beef was lean and flavorful. The hard roll was fresh and lighty toasted. great lunch outside...people watching...“

“My experience at Olive Garden was amazing overall! A little loud but not too loud to where you can’t hear. The food was fresh and hot, the chicken gnocchi cream soup was full of flavor and the cheese ravioli was absolutely divine. The server is definitely what made it great though; He was such a gentleman, ensuring that my husband and I were comfortably seated and happy with our portions. He also sent us home with extra soup and breadsticks, I couldn’t help but call him a sweetheart before we left because his radiant personality and kindness absolutely made my rough day into an amazing one. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to sit in with a decent variety of Italian food with breadsticks to go around.“

“I visited this family own restaurant with my daughter during our visit for a conference, and I’m so happy we chose this place. The oxtails dinner with rice & peas was absolutely delicious, of course with the extra gravy! The seasoning was just right, it wasn’t salty, but was very flavorful. The atmosphere was great and my conversation with one of the owners daughter was great as well. I can’t remember her name, but she had beautiful teeth, I think she said she also works in Denistry. It was so good, we came back two days later, but sadly, they were out of oxtails. So, I ordered the fried chicken dinner and it was delicious as well. I met another sister who helps out on Mondays. I can’t remember her name, but she was just as nice. I will definitely visit them again on my next trip.“

“This is one of those places where you go to have a good meal and relax. Have a conversation with someone or do some work on your computer. Food is great and consistent no matter which one you go to.

This particular one I like cause is not extremely busy and the staff is really nice. It is very clean and the food is spot on all the time. I don't remember ever having to return anything cause it was the wrong thing or didn't like it or nothing. It feels like every time I go, they have some new item to try. And the sweets are all sooo good! Love the cinnamon rolls and coffee cakes. The cons are really good too. Don't forget, unlimited coffee!!!

I had this time the Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt and the Mexican Street Corn Chowder. Both are so good.

They always say “Hey Tom!!!” and I’m greeted by high fives, hugs and handshakes, and “You’re one of our favorite people”. They always go out of their way to do what it takes to make it a great experience for the guest. They represent this establishment well, exceeding all expectations.
