The food is consistently good, but even though they get a lot of carry-out orders, there are no carry-out parking spaces. Also, they forgot an item on my carry-out order and there is no way to rectify it besides calling the store and waiting on the phone for 30+ minutes...
Food us always good. They are very fast in getting orders together. Pretty good spot but the rapid pick up is tough. When I arrive, I'm told to head to rapid pick but if my order isn't there I wait. After waiting a while and noticing others getting their food, I ask about my order. Turns out the whole time its been behind the counter just sitting there. Its happened more than once and its a little annoying when your on crunch time for lunch and ordered in advance.
