“I had an amazing experience here, came with a party of 4. My server Paul, was very amazing and most helpful, he looked about 80, and is very hard working. I would definitely return and would recommend.

“Very good. I got the egg white and avocado breakfast on an everything bagel. One thing is I wish my bagel was toasted a little bit longer. Nonetheless, it did not take away from the experience. The staff could be a little more upbeat too, its a little hard to hear them. Great location!“

“I had an issue with my takeout order a few weeks ago and brought it to the attention of the General Manager, Courtney. She was very accommodating and without hesitation provided me with a replacement of the item that I wasn’t satisfied with. Thank you Courtney for providing me with such wonderful customer service! “I've been to Cha Cha several times through the years. usually I reserve it for special events and everytime I go the food is always good and the staff is always polite. It's my usual go to for good Japanese food. I do want to set some expectations for anyone reading this, however. This is not a grandiose, 5 star elegant and fancy place and the menu is pretty decent and covers most anyones needs, but isn't quite the largest either. That is fine as what they have, is great! If you're looking for an upscale, overpriced bland food restaurant. This is not your place. There's major chains for that. If you're looking for genuinely good Japanese food, a cozy atmosphere, and an overall great place to get some Udon, have a Kirin and have a good time, than this is the place. Keep up the amazing work!“
