“Lived here for 4 years and had no idea this was the BEST TACO JOINT around !!!! Bailey was our server, so personable, gave her favorite recommendations and she was not wrong. “My husband and I always come down to this hotel about 2-3 times a year and love it! Chair rentals, beach service, no car needed as it’s convenient to everything, & the ocean view rooms are great as well with good sized balconies! It’s right on the water and the Restaurant/bar offers great food and drinks as well! We love coming down and always enjoy our stay!!“

“Gooses is quickly becoming our Go-To local bar! With their fun and welcoming staff, great bar menu and super reasonable drink prices, they ARE the quintessential neighborhood bar! Steve, the owner, is a good sport and always does what he can to accommodate his guests. They're cheese steaks are AWESOME! (order them with jalapenos. You'll thank me later!) They have dozens of TVs for watching "The Game" along with Darts, Pool Tables and other arcade games! You can count on my wife and I to be there on game day! 5 -Stars All The Way!“

“Great hotel rooftop restaurant and Scott the general manager is the nicest guy. I was having dinner and I ran out of a couple tortillas and he himself went in there and grabbed a few more. He has a lot of hospitality in his blood. If you come here, make sure you take a few moments to step outside and check out the view which is spectacular. If you do come here ask for Scott and tell him Hank sent you“

Hurricane Eddie’s is exactly what a good dive bar should be — laid back, full of character, and always welcoming. It’s got that local charm that’s hard to find these days. The bartender is fantastic — super friendly and on top of everything. You’ll always feel like a regular here, even if it’s your first time.
It’s open-air, which gives it a great beachy feel, and the prices are refreshingly reasonable. The food is way better than you’d expect from a little dive bar — definitely worth ordering. Plus, there are pool tables, darts, and just an all-around good vibe, especially if you're looking for something casual and unpretentious.
If I had one suggestion — they could use some better lighting in the parking lot. It’s easy to miss, and some people might not realize they’re open. A little live music now and then would take it up a notch too.
Still, this place is a solid spot to hang with friends, grab a drink, and feel like you’re part of the local scene. Don’t pass it by —“

“Overall a fun atmosphere with friendly staff. The singer Rob Kosinski was excellent! Talented and entertaining plus he took requests. The service at bar was slow but expected with only one person doing the work. Our food order was slow as well but definitely worth the wait. Best BLT in years!!! Loved that they have a RUSH pinball machine ? Will definitely be going back! I would have given 5 stars but will call this a 4.5 only because service was slow.“

“We 3 are Buffalonians, Joe is Buffalo transplant from Vermont, now all seasonal residents in LakeView of Largo. We planned a visit to Buffalo Charlie’s, turns out Art was recognized by the owner cooking our meal from Buffalo baseball teams he ran back in the day! Small world indeed! On top of that food was Great reminiscent of back home! Bologna, Beef and Chicken top notch, Gennie beer too! We’ll be back!“
“Perfect dinner choice for us before bowling tonight. Carol, our waitress, was fantastic. She was on her first night back from a 6 month break and did her very best to make sure we were taken care of even though she was struggling with some changes to the order taking device. She was so sweet. The other waiter on staff was also attentive and helpful. Our food came out in good time and was delicious. Most importantly, don’t forget to save room for dessert because OH MY is it amazing!“

“Pretty good... went for coffee after the sun went down on the beach... told valet what I wanted to do and they told me where to park... was able to go through the lobby to the coffee and cocktails bar... they were busy, so I waited a little while for service. Great bartenders and good coffee. They stay open until 11pm. I was in and out in 12 minutes...“

“My wife and I came here for a short getaway. We spent one day at the Spa for a couples massage and other services. The spa and spa staff were great. Overall our trip was great. The hotel felt a little bit dated but it was clean and comfortable. We were there during the off season so there were not a lot of people there. The room rates were very affordable compared to other spa hotels in the area.“
