“My wife and I came here for a short getaway. We spent one day at the Spa for a couples massage and other services. The spa and spa staff were great. Overall our trip was great. The hotel felt a little bit dated but it was clean and comfortable. We were there during the off season so there were not a lot of people there. The room rates were very affordable compared to other spa hotels in the area.“

“Went here with some family during a vacay to the area. Service was fantastic, the cocktails were so so good, and the food was amazing. My aunt and I both got the seafood enchilada (I think it was a special) and it was SOO GOOD! The cucumber cooler cocktail I got was just as refreshing as it sounds. The coconut margarita my aunt got was delicious. Back home now in the Midwest and wanted to take the time to leave a review. I’ll be dreaming about that seafood enchilada, lol“

“My husband and I always come down to this hotel about 2-3 times a year and love it! Chair rentals, beach service, no car needed as it’s convenient to everything, & the ocean view rooms are great as well with good sized balconies! It’s right on the water and the Restaurant/bar offers great food and drinks as well! We love coming down and always enjoy our stay!!“

“I absolutely love going to LBC and I have truly never had a bad experience, but I had to write a review after yesterday's experience in particular. Yesterday was the Father's Day Car Show and it was truly amazing! Dasha did a phenomenal job putting this event together and it was the perfect way to celebrate Father's Day and be with family. The parking lot was packed with cars, there were vendors, a DJ, raffles, drink and food specials, and great people. With a great car show going on outside and customers coming in to eat, I was blown away at how well the staff at LBC handled the crowd. Dasha, you were absolutely amazing, not only did you plan the entire car show, but you also made your rounds to speak with everyone and make sure everyone was taken care of and having a good time. I will definitely be attending more of your car shows or really any event you plan because my best experiences at LBC seem to be when you are my server/bartender or you're the master mind behind fun events like Disney Night. “Blind Shark was the closest bar to our Airbnb and did not disappoint. Coming from Wisconsin, we don't have local watering holes you can smoke inside, so that was a huge plus to us! Drink selection was perfect for our simple tastes, and the locals/bartenders were great. Food was amazing also!Their karaoke night, I made sure to sign up. In the process, I made a friend (who is a local) and got her to sing with me for her first time in years! My fiance and I became friends with her and her husband, spending time with them outside of the bar during our stay.The hospitality is bar-none (no pun intended) and I'd be ecstatic to go back in the future. “Overall a fun atmosphere with friendly staff. The singer Rob Kosinski was excellent! Talented and entertaining plus he took requests. The service at bar was slow but expected with only one person doing the work. Our food order was slow as well but definitely worth the wait. Best BLT in years!!! Loved that they have a RUSH pinball machine ? Will definitely be going back! I would have given 5 stars but will call this a 4.5 only because service was slow.“

“This was a great beach bar restaurant. We are doing window film on the new Winter the Dolphin's Beach Club. Not too many places are open due to the circumstances but I had an amazing grouper sandwich and I saw the attention when and to everyone wearing gloves and they were super prepared. Great job. “We 3 are Buffalonians, Joe is Buffalo transplant from Vermont, now all seasonal residents in LakeView of Largo. We planned a visit to Buffalo Charlie’s, turns out Art was recognized by the owner cooking our meal from Buffalo baseball teams he ran back in the day! Small world indeed! On top of that food was Great reminiscent of back home! Bologna, Beef and Chicken top notch, Gennie beer too! We’ll be back!“

Hurricane Eddie’s is exactly what a good dive bar should be — laid back, full of character, and always welcoming. It’s got that local charm that’s hard to find these days. The bartender is fantastic — super friendly and on top of everything. You’ll always feel like a regular here, even if it’s your first time.

It’s open-air, which gives it a great beachy feel, and the prices are refreshingly reasonable. The food is way better than you’d expect from a little dive bar — definitely worth ordering. Plus, there are pool tables, darts, and just an all-around good vibe, especially if you're looking for something casual and unpretentious.

If I had one suggestion — they could use some better lighting in the parking lot. It’s easy to miss, and some people might not realize they’re open. A little live music now and then would take it up a notch too.

Still, this place is a solid spot to hang with friends, grab a drink, and feel like you’re part of the local scene. Don’t pass it by —“
