Maritana in Don Cesar is a culinary gem with exceptional service. The waiter, Don “Like the hotel”, helped create a memorable dinner experience, especially recommending the ibérico pork. Zarin, another waiter, stood out with impeccable attentiveness and impressive menu knowledge, guiding diners to exquisite dishes like the Heirloom Tomato Salad, Diver Scallops, Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye, and Red Snapper. The food was prepared to perfection over two consecutive nights, making the dining experience truly exceptional. Additionally, Mark De Meyer provided outstanding service and accommodation, making the overall experience at the restaurant and hotel top-notch, even with a young child. The recommendations were spot on, and the food and drinks were terrific, but the highlight was the exceptional service from Mark and the team.
