“Buona ristorante (aka Buona pizza) advertises themselves as a classy Italian restaurant. This place is nothing more than a pizza joint. Extremely small inside with paper table cloths that they tear off from a big roll on the back wall. Ordered garlic bread and calamari for appetizer. Garlic bread was OK, calamari was so tough you could not even chew it. My mom's OSSO BUCO ALLA MILANESE (pork shank) was seasoned good, but I could tell it was cooked earlier and then heated up. The outside of the pork was warm, but the middle was stone cold. My wife and I got a Hawaiian pizza. It is thin crust and extremely soggy. Could not even pick up the pizza slice it was so soft. Had a horrible, weird tast me to it, almost like a sour tomato sauce. Barely even ate one slice and left the rest of it there. Went there for birthday dinner, and it was ruined. I guess our first red flag should have been that on a Saturday evening, it was not even busy.“

“This is an incredible place to visit in St Petes Beach! Beer is also cold and refreshing, the Strombol is 5 Stars, and the owners and staff are world class. I plan my vacation to visit here, and end up staying for the nearby beach!“

“We ate here 2 nights while staying on the beach this week. The hummus and flatbread along with their house salad for a starter was sooo good. The coconut shrimp was good and the coconut curry snapper was the best fish I have ever tasted and I grew up in Florida. The dish is not sweet and the flavor is amazing along with fish cooked perfect. Don’t hesitate to eat here it was our best meal when in St Pete Beach. Thanks Snappers we will be back!“

“Fresh, from scratch food. Italian favorites that do not disappoint. Our waitress was such a happy influence to our dining experience. One of our go-to places while in St Pete Beach. Did I mention fresh, not frozen, food made from scratch daily? OMG, the chicken parm was to die for. HUGE portions.“

“Our first time trying this casual New Orleans themed beach bar/restaurant, but will definitely be back! Food was very good, with ample portions. I had the “torpedo,” which is a hollowed-out grilled French bread loaf, filled with shrimp and scallops that have been sautéed in seasoned butter. Daughter’s grouper sandwich was great, too, again with very ample portions. Other daughter’s burger was over and above as well. Live acoustic music added to the ambience. Service was great! My only minor complaint they had no draft beer on tap, but they did have a good selection of bottled/canned beer, plus full bar.“

“I had very low expectations when I found this place on Google maps I was just hungry. Pulling into the parking lot my expectations didn't improve. But all that changed when we walked through the doors. the staff were sincerely nice and efficient. What was a pleasant surprise was the food was actually very good. My daughter ordered the pasta with lobster. She loved it. Mine was a salmon with crab on top. The sauce was rich and flavorful. The broccoli that came with my entree was cooked and seasoned to perfection. We also had the mussels and clams. The seafood in every dish was fresh. What stood out was we got this great service and incredible food at a really reasonable price“

“Stopped in for a light dinner last night and was so pleasantly surprised! I started with a cup of shrimp bisque, which was packed with flavor. Then some polenta and shrimp, beautifully presented and even better tasting. I paired everything with a glass of Chardonnay, which rounded out the meal wonderfully. Loved the cozy vibe and friendly service. I’ll definitely be back!“

“First time here from out of town. Our waiter was Blake and he’s a peach! Real helpful with what’s good here, the portion sizes and chill vibe. The food sizes are amazing and the Lobster Fries are 10/10!!! Blake steered me to the Mac and cheese for a side and it was bomb!!! My daughter tried something new, which is amazing and crazy, and sadly didn’t like it. Blake allowed us to trade it out for another meal we knew she’d like.

“We were disappointed Monday...... they were out of coconut shrimp, the fish special, and their normal French fries. Although we mentioned how bad the French fries were to the waitress, no substitute was offered. We also had to stop another waitress to get drink refills. I emailed the restaurant, but no response. The wharf is our go-to restaurant at St Pete Beach..... the fried shrimp and fish basket were very good, but we were surprised at the food they were out of at 6:30 at night.“

“The Hurricane Seafood restaurant was an awesome experience! We called them the day of to see if they could accommodate 13 collegiate basketball players and their coaches and families, and they made it happen! “We had the Seafood Broiled platter; Stuffed Flounder and Gyro platter. This was the best food we’ve had while in St. Pete! Our server, Lauren was wonderful! The Manager works with the wait staff to ensure everyone gets seated immediately. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. We will definitely go back and recommend Skidder’s to anyone visiting. You won’t be disappointed or go away hungry.“

“It’s fine. A little pricey but if you’re staying at The Don, it’s a very convenient and suitable option for any meal. The Red Snapper was surprisingly good and a good sized portion. If you order the Ceasar salad, get the dressing on the side as it’s very flavorful.“
