“I shop here on the regular & have to say I have no problem traveling the distance for the customer service and selection alone. I have to say Dee is absolutely amazing. If only he could be cloned and work from open to close. His personality is one of a kind. His knowledge about products and selection is second to none. If they don’t have something, he immediately calls the owners and will personally go pick the items up and bring them to the store; and if they don’t have it, he will get it ordered for you. The selection of vapes, kava, kratom…not to mention the dab bar are vast. If you’re getting tea, make sure Dee is the one that made it, you won’t be disappointed. Please promote Mr. Dee & take good care of him. Further more, having him train the other staff to be more friendly, knowledgeable and helpful would be a great service to the company. I can honestly say If he was to leave- I absolutely wouldn’t be back; as my experience with the other staff members was horrible. Thanks Dee for everything! You have a customer for life. 💜💜💜“

From helping plan a bridal shower over the phone, to accommodating every little detail on the day of the event. They were wonderful. The food was delicious and great quality , the service was excellent and their cheerful, helpful attitude was awesome! I highly recommend The Wooden Rooster to host your special occasion!“

“Wow! I’m from Cleveland, OH and my parents recommended this spot for breakfast. Tyler was our server and she was hands down phenomenal. She went above and beyond making sure my one year old daughter was content the whole breakfast, and was super pleasant. Stand up job, Tyler!!!“

“These people make my morning everyday! Thank you Christine, Cesar and Lisi for always being warm and welcoming every morning! I am a creature of habit and each and everyone of them see my car pull up out front in the morning between 6:30-7:30am and they already have my order going or ready before I reach the counter because I always get the same thing. I appreciate knowing even in mornings I’m rushing it take me 2-3 minutes max to get my coffee and proceed to work. Even when I know I should be saving money I end up going there to buy coffee because my morning jus feels incomplete without briefly interacting with them.“

The smell of coffee is always delightful and welcoming.
The store was clean and well kept.There was plenty of seating with tables to relax and enjoy a beverage along with the pastry of your choice.
The staff was very helpful and the service quick.
I enjoyed a cold coffee and a slice of pound cake.

“I went to Black Crow Coffee for the first time yesterday and ordered the almond, mocha latte with oat milk and a vegan cream cheese croissant- both were so good! The croissant was flakey and full of flavor, and the coffee was like dessert (but not too sweet) I look forward to returning and trying many other items on the menu!“
