Potbelly is a handy spot for picking up subs, especially for kids at the park. However, one customer noted that when ordering 2 tuna subs with a request to cut each one into four pieces, the staff did not follow the instructions, even after leaving a generous tip. The pizza melt and mac & cheese were delicious, and the atmosphere and random facts/artwork on the walls were enjoyed. Another customer ordered online 4-5 times and was very impressed with the food quality, really good bread, and amazing hot peppers. A Big A Wreck did not disappoint, with fresh bread, delicious cold cuts, and very tasty toppings. The food was great, with more meat and toppings than expected, and the service was great with a very friendly staff. One customer experienced a slow mobile app order process, waiting while people in line were prioritized, and the hot sandwich sat and waited until they raised a little hell.
