Amazing food and great spot to sit outside and enjoy live music when they have on the weekends
I just picked up a Cuban sandwich and yucca fries from Pulpo…holy smokes! They NAILED IT!!! I don’t know if I’ve ever had a better Cuban in my life. I will definitely be going back!
Food, cocktails and service is soo good. Seafood paella and pulpo are some favorites

Pulpo Kitchen & Lounge in St. Pete’s Grand Central District is a foodie worthy restaurant with fresh, creative Latin and Peruvian inspired flavors that feel both elevated and fun. The atmosphere is chill, with shaded outside seating, and the music puts you in a different world. The knowledgeable staff are kind, pleasant, helpful and accommodating.
The menu offers authentic shareable tapas. The smoked mussel toast was a highlight with an herb salad, salsa macha aoli and fresno chilis. The yucca fries were amazing, cooked perfectly. A must is the pork belly, literally like candy with a soft inside and nice crust. The charred octopus was beautifully tender with smoky edges, though one tentacle was quite small and the portion for $23 was a shock. The seafood paella, gambas al ajillo, lollipop lamb shanks, house speacial, meat skewer asado, smoked croquettes and tuna were all exceptional. The mezcal margarita with habernero and tajin rim was perfectly balanced, and the hibiscus lavender mocktail was perfect. Dessert was absolutely worth saving room for. Pulpo knows how to make dinner feel like an experience.
