Horrible service. Went by this morning through the drive-thru and did not receive the treatment a customer should receive. Rude employees. Do not recommend this location at all. Called in to provide feedback and was hanged up on. Corporate should be aware of this behavior of their employees towards the Latin community in this area.
After a hectic week, two of my kids and I came in for lunch here and were met with some of the friendliest staff! As I was getting ready to pay; the manager/owner (not sure which one) gave me a golden ticket for our meal being free! That was seriously the highlight of our day! Thank you for your kindness! ❤️
Travel Orlando for work and eat chic fil a every morning. I get rhe same thing at every location, a chicken mini meal. Every time I get them from the Sanford location I’m highly disappointed. They consistently have the smallest nuggets, always dry and the bread is always hard as a rock. Don’t know what kind of process they have going on but it’s never an issue at any other store. I highly recommend going to the one that just opened a mile down the road.
Never again Sanford.
