Love Black Bear! Great food, drinks, and outstanding customer service. We are here almost every day for breakfast, if not coffee, when we are in Seaside. Highly recommend the biscuit egg&cheese sandwich and the chocolate croissants. Great morning buns too! While some are put off by the 15% included tip, we are always happy to pay it given how great the service has been, and we are from DC where this is almost a ubiquitous practice in the dining industry. The Black Bear in Seaside Florida has been one of the joys of our stay on 30A! The food and coffee are consistently outstanding. The staff exceeds our expectations every time we are there. We are greeted with sincere warmth whenever we walk through the door. We are picky, and don't write glowing reviews frequently. However, we can't say enough good things about the Seaside Black Bear. Our thanks to all!

Their almod croissant is one of the best and also sourdough breads. I ordered a Bear Latte last time I was there and asked for the smallest- how would I know that that was literally a kids size- oh well $5 for an 8oz coffee ? And beware they do charge the 15% tip upfront and whatever you select in yhe screen is additional. I know very easy to get tricked into.
