She was incredibly sweet, with a bubbly personality that made us feel right at home. Her recommendations were spot-on, and thanks to her, we had an amazing meal! The food was outstanding—true BBQ perfection. To top it all off, Carmen Forte Music set the perfect atmosphere with some fantastic live music. “Charlie and his wife make you feel like you're a guest in a fun and fast-paced Korean home. We've been a couple of times now and this will definitely be a regular spot for us. We are vegan and vegetarian and there was plenty from which to choose. Prices are reasonable and portions are massive.“

“My husband and I are in Sarasota looking at houses. Perry's is less than a mile from our hotel, so we gave it a try. OhEmmGeee. I almost couldn't wait till I finished my meal to leave this review. It was incredible! We had the chicken, brisket, pulled pork, mac and cheese, and baked beans. Not too heavily seasoned, smoked just right. I grew up in the South, I've had a lot of BBQ in the last 50 years. Perry's is by far the best.“

“Lava cake was very good. I don’t even like dark chocolate and it was just delicious with the dark chocolate. The steak in the side of corn and the loaded, baked potato was delicious. Very good cooking. The salad in the bread was so good but it could’ve been a bit better, but it was still good“

“My husband and I both had the filet, loaded potatoes, Brussel sprouts & mushrooms. With both had wine. A very enjoyable meal. Our only complaint would be all the screaming children and other kids being allowed to run around. YOU need some rules.“

“This is easily some of the best BBQ I have ever had and I have had a lot of BBQ in a lot of places. The brisket is perfection and literally melts in your mouth!! Make sure you get there early because the brisket sells out fast. All the sides we tried were really good too. Highly recommend this place!!“
