First of all food was terrific all four of us very happy with our entrees. Although we did feel the calamari appetizer was a little tough. Everything else done perfectly. This was for dinner with family I had not seen in a while. The food and service were outstanding. Chef Rolf made this a memorable event. We were staying at the hotel and opted to have most of our other meals there as well.

When my husband and I checked in at Casey Key Mainland, we were not expecting to enjoy such a wonderful dinner at Chef Rolf's!
