“I submitted a review through Google, but I will include it here as well. I cannot recommend this shop enough. First time coming was in early Summertime. Came in with friends, craving some ice cream. Not only did this place deliver, I have come back time and time again since receiving the same incredible service and atmosphere Ryan and his team brings. The rotating flavors are a wonderful dream of variety. If anyone is ever looking for a place for that sweet tooth, or a beautiful way to end your Downtown venture, achieve Great Heights. You will leave soaring through Great Heights.“

“I just wanted to let you in on a little secret. I have lived in Sarasota for 3 years and i have found the best ice cream shoppe in Sarasota. Pinecraft Ice Cream is the best. Located at 3350 Bahia Vista St. They have a delicious variety of ice cream some even dairy free. My favorite is the soft serve twist. While your there order a pizza from Village Pizza By Emma. Reminds me of the great pizza when I lived in New York. Tell them Bob sent you.“

“Great ice cream, but make sure if you are eating your ice cream outside in the heat of summer you ask for a bigger cup. The single cup is very small and they fill it to the max, which is great, but it also means when it starts to melt the ice cream starts spilling out the sides and there is no stopping it. I'm a grown adult with many years of experience eating ice cream and I looked like a toddler with ice cream running down my hand and arm. Ask for a single scoop in a 2 scoop cup.“

Stopped in for ice cream as that's what we wanted after our dinner before the Super Bowl. We had been at one of these over on the Siesta Key side of the bridge and knew it would be at least as good - and it was.
A nice varied choice for ice cream, the server was friendly and patient with us, and she did a great job serving up nice, big scoops. The ice cream itself was creamy, sweet, and if I could have gone back for more, I would have. This little franchise has got it going well...“

“Delicious ice cream it reminded me of when I was a kid. My friend and I will be coming back to get ice cream here again once all the construction to the mall is done. The young woman with glasses I think was in charge reminded me that I shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. She was friendly and very helpful. Her and another young woman were able to direct us to the store we were searching for.“

“The works are always grinding to push out the cookies of the week for customers. Today I experienced an issue with the third party delivery driver in which my order was ready and not picked up in over 30 minutes. I called the store to see if everything was okay and they offered to call the delivery service for me. After that my new driver successfully delivered my cookies and it came with a special note! Thank you to whom ever I spoke with on the phone and the rest of the crew💕“
“Stopped in on Taco Tuesday. I was on my own so I ate at the brightly lit bar inside. Service was quick and friendly. The bar area is very clean. The three beef tacos had generous mildly-spiced filling, soft toasted corn tortillas, lettuce, tomato and shredded cheese and come with taco sauce and sour cream. Hot sauce on request. The food was hot and the draft beer was cold. My meal with a draft cost $16. And change (not including tip).“

The store is adorable, the hours are long, and the manager /Nick/ goes out of their way to be kind and friendly—makes every visit a joy! If you have a craving for delicious fresh warm cookies you can call them and deliver for your home. Open hours are great 11 am-3. 🍪🍪🍪🍪“
