We made a mobile order with ice cream and an apple pie. They unfortunately did not have the pie available therefore I asked for a refund since there was nothing else I wanted. They said that they were not able to refund since it was a mobile order. I simply do not understand how can they take my money from via the app to the store but unable to reverse it. Sherman is the man! I came through the line while he was in the window and he greeted me with the highest energy. It wasn’t just a simple “here’s your receipt” he actually asked how my day was and questions about my work. I feel like I made a friend in the few minutes we spoke. McDonald’s needs more Sherman’s!!
