I was in Sarasota for 9 days I had a great time at this place. The bartenders were great. The patrons were awesome. And the bar back was even cool. Were im from they don't even talk to you unless they know you. They have a guy that is 57 years old bartending on Friday nights that is literally the life of the party. Love the bartenders, especially Nick, Alyssa and Pablo. They always make sure to take care of you and make you feel seen. Weekends are definitely busier but it’s always a good vibe. If you’re looking for a dive bar that gives you everything a dive bar can, this is the right spot. Coming from a local this is my go to bar. Love moondoggys!!!!
