Panera Bread in Sarasota

“God bless the staff at this Panera! We come here with my grandmother every time we come to visit Sarasota. And the staff is incredibly kind and patient with everyone. Even when the customers are accidentally spilling loads of coffee on the floor. lol“

“I placed an order for a half sandwich and half soup. My order was ready within the time of your online app. This is my first time ordering Panera’s Mediterranean veggie and the sandwich was sloppy. All the veggies were thrown together. Although the sandwich was good, I was shocked since usually none of the Panera’s I visit do this. My tomato soup was perfect.“

“Jon, the manager, is a great guy. It is hard to run a corporate semi fast food restaurant that is always short staffed and limited on product. Nevertheless, John runs this place as if it was a fancy restaurant. His attention to customer service, politeness, and professionalism is exemplary. This place runs well, despite the challenges, because of managers like him.“

And the app works well, no muss/fuss.I don't normally rate chain restaurants, but Panera deserves honorable mention here.
