“We had a 6pm reservation and were greeted happily by the hostess and were sat at our table promptly. The atmosphere was beautiful. We ordered one drink, something with pear, that was so refreshing and delicious. My husband’s NY Strip was cooked to perfection, and my stuffed chicken dish was excellent. The BRUSSELS!!! Very good. Our service was phenomenal, and the attention of the staff (never once did we need a water refill, never once was there a dirty dish on our table) was superb. Highly recommended for an elevated dining experience!“

“Went for the fourth of July with the family, and were luckily able to be seated, without having a reservation. Food was good, and our waiter was knowledgable of the items on the menu, allowing us each to find something we each really enjoyed. Water glasses were always full, and did not have to wait long for drinks or food. Great atmosphere for families, and a good spot for pictures with family and friends.“

“We went to your establishment Monday night just to grab a bite to eat late and the lady that was bartending (can’t remember her name) was absolutely fabulous!!! She went above and beyond her job. She was so friendly and kind and went out of her way for us. On top of the food being wonderful!!! We have family down there so this place will be my go to when we are visiting!! “We had a lovely experience at Restaurant Paradis. Tara was our server and she was wonderful. We didn’t wait for anything. She handled all questions with friendliness and ease, making us feel very well taken care of. We had the cast iron filet and the grouper crusted with lobster + jumbo lump crab and grilled shrimp. Diver scallops for starter. It was all prepared to perfection. Great spot if you’re staying at The Pearl or in Rosemary proper - highly recommend a reservation.“

“We went here last night 6.19.25 & Paris was our waitress and she went above and beyond. This place was packed from the moment it opened, we were her first night table of 12& she instantly had a bigger table of 15 and she handled both with grace and the most professionalism! “Our first trip to Pescado was an unforgettable one! We had reservations and when we got there the hostess informed us that there was a seat outside if we wanted it. Little did we know, it was one of the best tables in the house! Our server was Hannah, and she was incredible! Her in depth of knowledge of the menu, and her ability to communicate it was impressive. Even more so, she wasn’t trying to “sell us” on anything. She answered our questions directly with granular details that enabled us to not only make a decision but to have the utmost confidence in what we were ordering. And SHE DIDN’T MISS! Everything we ordered was superb. We were able to have a nice experience on our “parents night out” without being rushed. So often restaurants along 30A are trying to get you in and out as quickly as possible and that was simply not the case. Lastly, compliments to the chef and kitchen staff. Everything that we ordered was excellent. We’ve lived all over the country, from LA to Miami, and had the opportunities to eat at several high end restaurants (including many with Michelin stars) and Pescado absolutely competed with many of those. We’ve eaten at numerous places along 30A as we have been vacationing here for 11yrs and I can tell you with 100% confidence we will be back at Pescado next summer! Hoping we can snag Hannah and an outdoor seat once again! Thank you for an incredible meal, experience, and a memorable night for the (4) of us getting a rare “night out” away from the kids.“

“My grandparents went to AJ's Thanksgiving event. They have bragged to me non-stop about their server, the food, and the entire event. There was open handicapped parking right in the front. They sat at the bar and were served by the bartender. They didn't get her name but were thrilled with her friendly, attentive demeanor. The entire event was donation based, and an envelope was provided for privacy. I am so thankful to AJ's for hosting this event and to the staff who generously work the event.

“My wife, mother-in-law, and I enjoyed a fantastic Mother’s Day brunch at Edward’s in Rosemary Beach. They’re typically only open for dinner, but we were fortunate to experience one of their special daytime brunches—and it was a standout from start to finish! Jimmy, the GM, welcomed us and had us seated quickly on their covered patio, which was perfect even with the steady rain. The chef created a beautiful brunch menu for the occasion, and our server, Kiyonta, was friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations. We started with Deviled Eggs, the Seasonal Fruit Plate, and the Caesar Salad—each dish fresh, flavorful, and elegantly presented. For our entrées, we chose the Shrimp and Grits (incredible!), the Lox and Avocado, and Edward’s Omelet. Every bite was delicious, and the plating was as impressive as the flavors. We ended our meal with a trio of desserts: the housemade ice cream sandwich, crème brûlée, and key lime pie. Each one was delightful, but the ice cream sandwich may have stolen the show. Huge thanks to the Edward’s team for making our rainy Mother’s Day feel special and memorable. If you’re in Rosemary Beach, Edward’s MUST be on your list!“
