My first visit to Sam’s and the food was delicious. The grits were creamy and rich. I didn’t have to add anything to them. The fish was fried to my liking. Everything was hot. I even called after I finished eating to tell them how much I enjoyed the food and for the PRICE I will definitely be going back.
Don't sleep on this place! It is really good. There's an interesting variety of fried foods here - gizzards, liver, etc. I was just planning to get some shrimp until we saw the Mediterranean menu. I kid you not - best hummus I've ever had. I'm not the biggest fan of store bought hummus, but I wanted to go back here to get some the next day.

Food was freshly-made but expensive. Delivery to table was wrong; no attempt was made to ask which meal went to whom. No plastic knives provided except upon request. Portions were large.
