“We had an amazing experience at your store yesterday! Our cashier,Carter was phenomenal!!!! His bright bubbly personality lit our faces with smiles! He was kind, courteous and on top of it! No sooner did we sit down and dig in, and he came right over offering us refills! Compared to the other employees (and boy were there a LOT of employees there!) slumped around the store, he was a breath of fresh air!!! I think some of the others could learn a thing or two! “I came here the other day after a recommendation on the biscuits alone (which were quite good). I've been to many restaurants, eateries, delis, fine dining establishments, etc and the hospitality, friendliness, kindness of Dorsey, was probably the best experience I've ever had. Dorsey is very driven and committed to making this place be widely successful As for the food, I got the three piece - the chicken was moist with every bite, and rather than get fries, I opted for the side of rice. Can't believe I'm saying this but I went to a chicken place and the fresh made rice that Dorsey made was my favorite - the seasonings were spot on and they would pair well with multiple proteins (chicken, shrimp, steak) or just add some beans to them either way, they were some of the best flavored and fluffy tasting rice I've ever eaten, anywhere. Thank you again to Dorsey for his hospitality, kindness, culinary skills, vision, and drive to be awesome to his consumers and to make this establishment a favorite in the community and all over!“

“On Feb 19 right after the Parokya ni Rdgar concert, we decided to come stop by at Jollibeee before heading home. We are 7hrs away. We had big orders to take home. As soon as we got home, there were few items that were missing and we were so sad. So we decided to call the store about it. Luckily the crews were very nice enough and very professional. They were able to do a refund right away for the items that are missing. To the people that work that day Thank you all for your patience and kindness. “I want to give a shoutout to the night crew on 02/18/2025- the person accepting orders had an amazing attitude and was very kind, the whole crew handled the last minute late night rush amazingly! I received fresh hot food and was even able to still get a milkshake with it being so late. Being on the beach with limited last minute late night options is tough at times and tonight I wasn’t made to feel like a burden so I thank this store for that!“

“Fortunate to find this gem, I enjoyed Pollo tropical a lot when they were in Texas back in 2015, since they moved out I will never miss a chance to stop by at this restaurant if I were to travel to Florida.

“I don’t know why, but I just can’t give a fast food place five stars so read between the lines 4 stars to me is five stars! The reason is, I am extremely excessive compulsive Neat freak. I love things to be proper and nice and there are very few if any fast food restaurants Especially that could be perfectly clean. There’s always something to petite. That’s why I give four stars and there’s no way to give 4.5 so I had to go with 4 but this particular Kentucky Fried Chicken is definitely one of the better ones with friendly people. They have a new manager there who’s nice the old ones not bad I just think all in all, it’s a decent Place and it’s also a good location on golf Bay in Clearwater
