“Tonight’s dinner was thanks to DQ. The joy on my husband’s face when he opened the box and found the “perfect” hot dog. The crew tonight went above and beyond to make sure my 9 year old had her fries that she thought she ordered, she didn’t but they remedied that. All this to say they did fantastic and took pride in their work tonight and it showed!“

“Great food. Fresh, tasty, great selection. Clean and comfortable. Hands on management. The manager greets everyone and you can see him doing everything - he leads by example - that’s probably why the Staff is excellent. Can’t say enough good about this place. My wife loves it - I wasn’t one for “fast food” but I listened to her and gave this a chance and now it’s one of my favorites. They have a pork cutlet sandwich that is outstanding. Nobody has this and it’s great.“

“We had an amazing experience at your store yesterday! Our cashier,Carter was phenomenal!!!! His bright bubbly personality lit our faces with smiles! He was kind, courteous and on top of it! No sooner did we sit down and dig in, and he came right over offering us refills! Compared to the other employees (and boy were there a LOT of employees there!) slumped around the store, he was a breath of fresh air!!! I think some of the others could learn a thing or two! “Ate there twice in 2 days. Had a burger/fries day 1 and burger cooked to perfection. I only ordered a small fry but the amount was insane. Didn’t have room to take leftovers. Day 2 I tried a hot dog and was pleased with the grilled flavor. The service was excellent from the time entering to leaving the establishment. They were considerate and wanted feedback on the food and their performance. I will be returning without a doubt.“

“They respectfully and professionally explained that they don't accept coupons at their location. They shared with me 2 or 3 other locations that do accept coupons. They noticed that my party had coupons in our hands and were able to let me know before ordering. I appreciated knowing this before attempting to use the coupons at the register. The staff was thinking ahead and was on top of things to warn me about their coupon policy. Both staff members were quiet and kept busy attending to customers and the store.“

“Ordered on the app and it told me a specific time my food would be ready. I got the alert that my food was ready 10 minutes before the scheduled time (glitch between the app and how the restaurant has to start the food) and I was 10 minutes away. Unfortunately the food was lukewarm, but the staff and manager were awesome, totally understood and remade our food. Excellent service!“
