1st off!! 10 stars CS & 10 stars on food!!
The food was made very quickly, all the orders were correct, and tasted great!
I’ve been pretty sick for almost a week & finally feeling like eating something other than soup. The staff went out of their way to assure they had my order correct & delivered it to my car, with a smile, so I didn’t have to bring my germs into the store. They really made my day!! And my Engineer sandwich was fantastic!!

Firehouse Subs Twin Oaks Plaza is a brand new restaurant that just opened. The store is clean, and the food is fresh. Staff members are friendly, helpful, and polite, providing great customer service. One customer mentioned that the staff went out of their way to assure the order was correct and delivered it to the car with a smile. The Engineer sandwich was fantastic. Another customer ordered Ubereats and found the subs really really good, with great bread stuffed with meat, and everything tasted really good, especially for the price. The classic bucket was purchased, and the food was delicious. The Loaded Potato Soup was not a fan favorite, but the staff was very polite and understanding to honor the chili in place. The sizing on subs is a bit weird, but very delicious overall and just might be out of budget. The location is good, presentable staff, and clean as can be. Firehouse is always the exception for one customer who generally doesn’t support the larger chains.
